Lenora “Peaches” (Fortson) Turner, of Bloomfield, beloved wife for over 49 years to Whig Turner, Jr., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, (April 13, 2011) at Hartford Hospital. She was born in Elberton, GA, to the late Ralph and Lois (Norman) Fortson. She leaves behind her three children: Michael, Kathy and Lisa and most importantly she had a special love for her two grandchildren, Tyler and Kalissa Jameson.
