Kristine “Kris” Ann Donlon, 35, of Manchester, CT died peacefully, surrounded by her adoring family on Friday, January 28, 2005. Kris was born on September 27, 1969 in Manchester, CT the daughter of Jan and Thomas Donlon. Kris lived in the Manchester and the Vernon area all her life. She was a member of the Crossroads Community Cathedral Church in East Hartford. Kris had a way of lighting up a room when she walked into it. She loved to walk listening to her music. Her two nieces adored their “Aunty Kris.” Kris’s big loving heart, laughter and fun personality will be greatly missed. She always had a smile for everyone. Kris is survived by her precious little boy, Zachary Courtright of Ellington, CT, her mother and stepfather, Jan and Bruce Beebe of Tolland, CT, her father and stepmother Thomas and Carolyn Donlon of Callabash, NC, her wonderful “Nanny” Anita Carter of Manchester, CT, her two sisters as well as best friends, Tracy and her husband John King of Manchester, CT, and Kimberly and her husband Matt Davis of Stafford Springs, CT, her brother Thomas Donlon of Rockville, CT, and her precious nieces, Amanda and Alexis King of Manchester, CT. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 3, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Rd., Rte 83, Vernon, CT. Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery, Rockville Section of Vernon. Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 2, 2005 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
