Jayne (Zessin) King of Buzzards Bay, MA, formerly of Windsor, passed away on her 62nd birthday at the McCarthy Care Center in East Sandwich, MA. Daughter of Walter Zessin of Windsor and the late Constance (Munro) Zessin, Jayne was born in Northampton, MA on May 12, 1949 and raised in Poquonock, CT. Jayne graduated from Windsor High School in 1967 and attended college at UConn in Storrs. She worked in the banking industry as a teller for over thirty years between Boston and the Cape. During her leisure time, Jayne enjoyed walking on the beach, gardening, reading, and playing cards with her brothers and sisters. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed. Those left to treasure her memory include her son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Roxanne King of Rockville Center, NY; a precious granddaughter and namesake, Giulia Jayne King; two brothers, Donald Zessin and his wife Cathie of East Granby and Mark Zessin and his wife Sandra of Glastonbury; four sisters, Mary Ann Florkoski of Windsor, Lynn Grakowsky and her husband John of Windsor, Karen Tosti and her husband Jim of Avon, and Pauline Voyer and her husband Michael of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother and brother-in-law, Phil Florkoski.
